The Farm

St. Jerome Creek. The best place for oysters in the Chesapeake. And quite possibly the world.

In our tucked-away corner, smack dab in the middle of the Chesapeake Bay, we’ve found what may be the perfect place to grow an oyster. A creek known as St. Jerome, where fresh waters from the north say hello to the salty Atlantic from the south, is the home of the True Chesapeake Oyster Company. It’s also home to what have often been described as the best-tasting oysters in the world.

Beauty in every direction. And below the surface.

At True Chesapeake Oyster Company, we celebrate great living and great responsibility. You’ll find both of those things no matter where you are on the farm, including underwater.  From our beautiful surroundings to our environmentally conscious cultivating, around here we’re all about what’s right. And what’s good.
